I always loved my Mom, but I didn't really appreciate her until I had my own brood of tiny people demanding all my time/energy/sleep/heart/.../ For over 30 years she's excelled at the hardest job in the world, and even now manages to be the best Yaya ever (just ask Arthur) while still being a Mom to me. Every single day she teaches me and challenges me and supports me when life gets hard.
I'm also very excited to have my life-long bff and 30th birthday girl Melina joining me on this crazy journey. I can't wait to meet that sweet baby and share middle of the night "omg my kid just..." texts.
